Summary of Training Experience Paul Signorelli Paul Signorelli has more than 20 years of experience working for libraries and nonprofit organizations. As Director of Staff Training (six years) and Volunteer Services (14 years) for the San Francisco Public Library, he has created, implemented, and managed training plans which include:
He has developed curriculum which responds to staff needs; teaches introductory software workshops (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and customer service workshops and has led full-day New Staff Orientation sessions with a variety of presenters; publicized workshops through a quarterly printed catalog, e-mail messages to all staff, and intranet listings which sometimes include lesson plans; and works with colleagues and administrators to create and manage a training budget capable of sustaining the overall program.
